International patient care

How Reprotec describes the clinical route for people travelling to Colombia for care.

Reprotec’s international programme begins with a clinical conversation and then shapes a plan around the individual situation. Bida shares this overview so the medical route can be understood without losing sight of the life and travel around it.

The clinical route begins with Reprotec.

Reprotec describes an initial telemedicine consultation, followed where appropriate by a personalised clinical proposal, quotation and treatment planning. Medical history, tests, diagnosis, treatment options and timing belong directly with its clinical team.

Bida does not assess or interpret that information. Our role begins around the practical journey once there is a confirmed clinical direction to work around.

International care has two connected parts.

Reprotec’s programme recognises that travelling for care involves logistics as well as treatment. Its clinical team remains responsible for the care itself and for the clinical plan.

Bida holds the non-medical continuity: making travel, a stay, arrival, a companion and the return home feel possible in the order those things become real.

The practical side

Bida can hold travel, accommodation, arrival, a companion, practical changes and the return home around confirmed care. We do not collect or interpret clinical information.
