You can begin before you know everything.
A first conversation is not a commitment. It is a quiet place to find your bearings.
International fertility care can look like one large decision from the outside. In reality, it becomes clearer in smaller conversations. You do not need a complete plan, a medical file or the right words before you speak with Bida.

Orientation comes before decisions.
The first conversation is for the practical questions that are already taking up space: whether care abroad could fit your life, what travelling might ask of you, how a partner can be included, or simply what would happen first.
You can arrive with a clear question, a half-formed thought, or no question at all. We will not ask you to tell a medical story before you are ready.
Bida listens for the life around care.
A clinic can explain the medical route. Bida pays attention to the route around it: time away from home, the people involved, where you might stay, how much certainty you need, and what helps you feel less alone in an unfamiliar place.
That does not replace clinical advice. It gives the clinical plan room to exist in a real life.
What Bida can hold
- A first, non-medical orientation conversation
- Questions about travelling, staying and timing
- A calm explanation of where clinical care begins
